This
screen allows MIMS users to update the use of any other enforcement tool used
against a non-compliant debtor that MIMS is not explicitly aware of.
Prerequisites:
1.
MIMS
user must have applicable security authorization to view files.
The
following groups have access to this panel:
· Call Center Agent
· Collections Agent (RGPU, File Intervention, Compliance 4)
· Compliance 5 Agent
· MEP Senior Management
· ISO Agent
· SIU Agent
· System Administrator
1.
Click on the ‘Remove’ option and then
click the ‘Save’ button to remove the enforcement tool from the file.
2.
Click
the ‘Return’ button to go back to the ‘S85 Collection Tool History’ screen.
