S233a Enforcement Tool Other - Updates

 

 Purposes:

 

This screen allows MIMS users to update the use of any other enforcement tool used against a non-compliant debtor that MIMS is not explicitly aware of.

 

Prerequisites:

 

1.       MIMS user must have applicable security authorization to view files.

            The following groups have access to this panel:

 

·         Call Center Agent

·         Collections Agent (RGPU, File Intervention, Compliance 4)

·         Compliance 5 Agent

·         MEP Senior Management

·         ISO Agent

·         SIU Agent

·         System Administrator

 

Procedure:

 

1.        Click on the ‘Remove’ option and then click the ‘Save’ button to remove the enforcement tool from the file.

2.       Click the ‘Return’ button to go back to the ‘S85 Collection Tool History’ screen.

Initial Date

Displays the date in which the enforcement tool was activated.

User

Displays the name of the MIMS User that entered the enforcement tool.

Remarks

Displays the comments made by the MIMS User.

Update Segment

Remove

Select this option if you wish to remove the enforcement tool.

Click this button to return to the S85 Collection Tool History screen, where a list of collection tools applied to a specific file will be displayed.

Click this button to save the changes made to the file.
